location is prime close to everything a calm area staff are friendly and helpful the receptionists borcha and zoltán are amazing the housekeepers are nice and respectful our three rooms made the whole family happy i can return once

some issues

indifferent staff water issue

the reception staff seemed quite indifferent, almost like i was bothering them. there wasn't a warm welcome, just a request for my passport and a quick signature. also, on my last morning, there was no water in the room or anywhere else in the hotel. it was a real inconvenience since i had an early departure and couldn't freshen up.

great location beach proximity nice lobby late arrival unfriendly reception poor customer service

the location was great. it was close to the beach and restaurants. the lobby looked nice. it was tastefully decorated. the kitchen amenities were nice.

i arrived late, on a friday night, due to a flight delay. i dropped my bags and went out to try and get food and a drink? i also needed some water for my room. i found the whole welcome from reception very unfriendly and unwelcoming! the hotel customer service made me walk the streets looking for shops at 1am

spacious apartment great balcony daily maid limited amenities few outlets rude staff

The apartment was huge with high ceilings and a great balcony. It also included a dishwasher and washing machine. daily maid service was provided and they were flexible. the staff was friendly, always happy to assist!

Amenities were limited to two when we paid for three. i asked for an extra coffee sachet. They said i had no right to request more! there are no electric outlets on bedside tables. i find that inconvenient!
